C.O.A.T. Fleet

Associates who are assigned use of a Fleet vehicle MUST complete the Fleet Orientation, ideally this will happen BEFORE driving the vehicle, but this is not always possible.

Please also review the ‘Use of Fleet Vehicles” policy in this handbook. IF you have been identified as a Driver and have any reason you should not be driving – please notify Human Resources.

  • Dispatch will identify a Driver.

  • Dispatch will notify Human Resources.

  • Human Resources will schedule a Fleet Orientation time to complete is 10 – 15 minutes total).

    • The Orientation is either an in-person or virtual review the expectations of drivers (video is available).

    • All drivers must also complete the “C.O.A.T. Fleet Driver Agreement and Assessment.”

  • Human Resources will send out Completion Certificate to Associates

  • Human Resources will ensure that the Drivers are submitted Quarterly to the Insurance.

Fleet orientation must be completed annually.

 

Vehicle and Equipment Repair Form

Associates who are assigned use of a Fleet vehicle are responsible to report issues with vehicles. If there is an incident or accident, an incident report form must be completed. However, if the request is for other maintenance this is the appropriate form to complete.
