C.O.A.T. Flagging and Excavation is committed to identifying and hiring the best individuals and training them in the comprehensive safety regulations and procedures that C.O.A.T. adheres to. Being safe and protecting the lives of our customers, our associates, and the motoring public is our priority. Our team members continually develop important safety measures and skills through professional and on-the-job training. Our field associates use their training every minute of the day, performing the skilled tasks required to maintain safe travel through all kinds of work zones.

 

Unions

C.O.A.T. is proud to be a union shop.  We are always looking for certified, professional Flaggers, Traffic Control Supervisors, Operators and Managers who are ready to join the C.O.A.T. team!  We partner with the Laborers International Union of North America to hire the best of the best.  We do not direct-hire for any flagging or traffic control positions.

Training

Do you need to get your Traffic Flagging Certification?

Please contact your local labor union to schedule your training. Prior to applying for a Traffic Flagging position with C.O.A.T., all applicants must be certified.
