Since 2006, C.O.A.T. Flagging has delivered comprehensive traffic control services, including traffic control plan design, certified flaggers, traffic control supervisors, and equipment rental.
In 2022, we expanded our expertise with the launch of C.O.A.T. Excavation, providing high-quality earthmoving services. Our excavation division specializes in the movement, removal, and shaping of soil and rock, bringing the same commitment to precision and reliability that defines our traffic control operations.

Equipment Rental
C.O.A.T. Flagging can provide all of your equipment needs to ensure a safe and effective work zone. We have a wide selection of equipment, including signs, message boards, barricades, and lighting. We also have a fleet of trucks, including pilot car services and crash trucks.
Traffic Control Planning
Allow C.O.A.T. Flagging’s design team to produce your Traffic Control Plans (TCPs). Our site-specific designs comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and regional agencies. C.O.A.T. Flagging provides safe, professional, compliant, and on-time work zone designs and installations that ensure the safety of work crews and the traveling public while optimizing traffic flow.
